"There were a bunch of writers that used the form of getting up in risky, high visibility locations. Then there was a Queens writer that got caught with 62 signed stickers in his pocket, and got famous for being charged with 62 counts of "possession of graffiti materials". Graffiti was a perfect use for stickers."
